Estimated shipping times

New Zealand Domestic: 1 Week

We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them.

Times can vary especially during busy periods such as Christmas, so please allow adequate time to avoid disappointment during these times.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Undelivered items - We aim to successfully deliver every order but sometimes mistakes happen. If you didn't receive your order within the estimated shipping times contact us and one of our crew will look into this for you.

Buyers are responsible for any costs if an item failed to be delivered or collected to the address provided. 

Our reutrns policy lasts 14 days. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
• If 14 days has passed since your purchase and you haven't contacted us for returns / concerns about your purchase
